OTC Emerging Leaders Program

Do you know a young professional who is passionate about their field of work, dedicated to industry service, and highly focused on safety in the workplace? If so, nominate that individual today and give them the recognition they've earned.  

The OTC 2022 Emerging Leaders program is now open for nominations.

  • Nominee must be a young professional with 10 years or less of industry experience
  • Nominee must currently work in the offshore energy sector
  • Nominee must be a member in good standing with one of OTC’s sponsoring, endorsing, or supporting organizations

  • Identify one or more outstanding young professional(s) within your sponsoring, endorsing, or supporting organization
  • Complete the online nomination form
  • Request a professional headshot (high-resolution of 300 dpi or higher) and a resume or CV to include with the nomination form
  • Submit your nomination form online by 21 January 2022

  • Recipients will receive a complimentary 4-day registration to OTC 2022
  • Recognition throughout OTC, including on the OTC website, social media platforms, and in the digital onsite program
  • Recipients will be listed in the OTC Awards Display, a permanent awards display case in NRG Center
  • Recipients will participate in the selection process of the Class of 2023
  • Acknowledgment at an onsite awards ceremony
